Graphing Systems of Linear Inequalities · Review Exercise 104
Translate to a system of equations and solve.
A scientist needs 70 liters of a 40% solution of alcohol. He has a 30% and a 60% solution available. How many liters of the 30% and how many liters of the 60% solutions should he mix to make the 40% solution?
This problem repeats another one in the library (at most with different numbers), so it's left out of browsing.
